The surface is the key for any sport. Tennis is interestingly played on both Hard courts and Grass Courts.

Commonly Known as Synthetic Courts, Synthetic Turf, Acrylic Synthetic Courts etc. these Hard courts may be cushioned on non-cushioned.

While the non-cushioned are more economical, they are hard on a player's body.
