Terms of Sale
1. As artificial grass is
cut and processed as per the custom size given by you it is critical that you
are sure and clear on the size of turf material you order.
2. We shall start the
process of cutting the grass only after receipt of amount in our bank account.
3. If there is any delay in
supplying you the turf order after receipt of your payment we will update you
accordingly for delivery schedules.
4. Tentative Dispatch
Timeframes for material in ready stock
a. In Stock > 03 to 05 Working Days after receipt of payment in
our account
b. Out Of Stock > 10 to 12 Working Days after receipt of payment
in our account
If there is any delay we will be updatnig you about your order.
Returns Policy and Amount Refundable
1) Cancellations Request shall be given via Email only clearly mentioning the order number as provided at the time of your online purchase.
2) We shall refund 100% of the amount after adjusting any bank charges as applicable if you cancel your order within 5 hours of transferring the amount to us.
3) We shall refund 60% of the amount after adjusting any bank charges and transport expenses as applicable if you cancel the order after the material has been dispatched.
4) We shall refund 50% of the amount if you have installed the product and want to send it back. We shall adjust bank and transport charges as applicable to the refund amount payable to you. This is not applicable in case of the Cricket Practice Pitch. No refunds can be made for Practice Cricket Pitch Products once installed.
5) Please send the material back in original packing sent by us.
6) No Cash shall be transected. Refund Amount as calculated above shall be credited back to your bank account within 15 working days after receipt of products at our warehouse
7) It is important to mention Order Number in the subject line of every communication.
